A versatile dressing that can be used for so many applications. Dress a salad with it, marinate chicken or pork, thicken with some cornstarch and use as a sauce. The possibilities are endless.

Dijon Vinaigrette

A tart and tasty vinaigrette that can add flavor and brightness to any salad

Equipment

  • Measuring Cup
  • Measuring Spoon
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Whisk
  • Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Honey
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Ina bowl combine White Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Mustard Seeds, Garlic and Honey. Whisk until well combined
  • Slowly pour in Olive Oil until fully incorporated
  • Season with Salt and Pepper

Notes

Additional Twist: For an extra kick. Pickle the Mustard Seeds for an extra punch of flavor.
